Adult Ballet and Yoga With Chloe Devos

It's never too late to learn to dance! Our weekly drop-in class is suitable for everyone regardless of experience. Our course will build your foundation technique by working on strength and coordination, and introducing new steps and vocabulary to improve overall technique, posture and flexibility.



Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles while holding a pose can build strength. Practising yoga before bedtime is a terrific way to release everything you're holding onto mentally or physically before sinking into a peaceful night of deep sleep!

  • Classes will be tailored regardless of beginner or advanced attendees.
  • Classes are £5 each (cash or card payments are available).
