Waste Recycling in SKDC area 

Currently, SKDC cannot  recycle  approx 34% of the waste in the grey bins to reduce this so we can recycle more here is a list of what is currently accepted and in which bin for roadside collections  ( Grey and Black bins)  for  Garden waste can be taken to the tip or you can get a green bin from  SKDC   Details are at www.southkesteven.gov.uk/greenbin

Please follow our recycling guidelines for Lincolnshire rather than the recycling symbols on the packaging
Section 46 notice - LEGAL NOTICE – In accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Section 46, South Kesteven District Council gives notice that from February 5th 2024 you must not put paper and card into your mixed dry recycling (Silver) bin. All waste must be presented inside the appropriate bin for collection. Failure to do so may result in your bin not being collected and/or other enforcement action.
